Force Majeure

The owner and operator of the website shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance in its obligations under the Contract that is due to or results from any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In any such event the owner and operator of the website shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery of the goods or Services. If due to any such event the owner and operator of the website has insufficient capacity to meet all its commitments the owner and operator of the website may apportion available capacity between its Customers at its sole discretion.

Proper law

Every contract to which these standard conditions of sales apply shall be constructed and operate on an English contract in accordance with English Law.
